Only one unit's order can be accepted, but it need addictional export fee about 250$ per order, and we will give discount for full container order from5-15%.

All hand carved marble orders are considered custom orders, and are sculpted according to your specifications and/or changes to the item pictured. There are no refunds since emailed pictures of your order will be emailed to you for your final approva

Delivery of the hand carved items will take about 1 to 2 monthes depending on the size of the item and the work load of the our factory.

Your order will be carefully crated in a wood crate to assure safe delivery. pls inspeect your order carefully upon receopt. Do not accept your order if damaged and TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS of the damage "in" the crate to the verify damage during shipment, and send the photographs to us at first time, usually, your items will be required to insured before shipping, so once it is damaged during the shipping, it will be remade without addictional cost to you.

We can arrange shipping to your nearest port or send the items to your place directly(DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE), but you should clear custom and pay custom fee and tax, you also can ask our shipping company to clear custom for you if you like.
